Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

Layla K Jewelry LLC (“Layla K”) offers delivery of its jewelry products to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location (local or international). All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed prior to completing the order.

Customers are required to ensure that delivery is received and confirmed at the provided address. Proof of delivery (including signature or confirmation) may be required.

Due to the nature and value of jewelry items, customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery. Any visible damage or issues must be reported immediately.

Layla K shall not be responsible for any delays, losses, or damages occurring after dispatch, including those caused by third-party courier services or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership of the product shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Upon successful completion of a transaction, the customer will receive a payment confirmation.

Payment confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or any other contact method provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate contact details are provided. Layla K shall not be responsible for failure to receive confirmation due to incorrect information or technical issues beyond its control.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Customers must notify Layla K within a reasonable timeframe and provide supporting evidence (such as photographs) to process any claim.

Due to the bespoke nature of jewelry, custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Layla K reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within a limited timeframe prior to processing.

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly after placing the order. Layla K reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request at its sole discretion.

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or processing fees.

Where cancellation is not permitted, this shall be deemed accepted by the customer upon completion of the purchase.

JEWELLERY CARE & WARRANTY

Layla K jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials and requires proper care to maintain its appearance and longevity.

Layla K does not provide a general warranty for wear and tear.

A limited warranty may apply solely to manufacturing defects identified within a reasonable period from the date of delivery, subject to inspection and verification by Layla K.

This warranty does not cover:

Layla K reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect qualifies under this warranty.
